REFUND POLICY
ARC Prosound is committed to providing professionally maintained and fully tested equipment for every rental and event service.
1. Equipment Condition
All equipment is inspected and tested prior to delivery or pickup to ensure it is in proper working condition before release to the client.
2. Rentals Without a Sound Engineer (Including DJ Packages)
Refund requests related to equipment performance or operation apply only to clients who choose to rent equipment without a Sound Engineer included in their package.
This includes DJ Packages, which do not include a Sound Engineer. For DJ Packages, ARC Prosound provides delivery and pickup services; however, the client assumes full responsibility for the proper care, handling, and protection of all equipment during the rental period.
If equipment is proven to be defective or not functioning properly before or during the rental period, ARC Prosound will review the issue and may provide a replacement, service adjustment, or refund at our discretion.
3. Packages With a Sound Engineer
Packages that include an ARC Prosound Sound Engineer are fully supported services. Our technicians operate and monitor the equipment throughout the event to help ensure proper performance. Refunds will generally not be issued for operational issues handled by our team during the event.
4. Damage Responsibility
Once equipment has been released to the renter, the client assumes full responsibility for its condition. Any damaged, lost, or improperly handled equipment will result in repair or replacement charges.
5. Deposits, Identification & Payment Verification
A security deposit may be required prior to equipment release. For DJ Packages (which do not include a Sound Engineer), as well as all other rentals, a valid government-issued photo ID, a security deposit, and a copy of a debit or credit card are required for verification and security purposes. This helps ensure the protection, accountability, and proper handling of all rented equipment.
6. Deposits & Damage Charges
Security deposits may be partially or fully withheld if equipment is returned damaged or missing. If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, an additional invoice may be issued.
7. No Refunds for Client-Caused Damage
Refunds will not be issued for equipment damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow operating instructions.
8. Final Determination
ARC Prosound reserves the right to inspect all returned equipment and make the final determination regarding refunds, damages, and repair costs.
