All bookings with ARC Prosound are subject to our cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Window
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the scheduled event date.

2. No Cancellations Within 2 Weeks
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are not permitted and will not be eligible for a refund. This includes deposits and any payments made toward the booking.

3. Late Changes & Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule within the 14-day window are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the restricted cancellation period.
