TERMS & CONDITIONS
By renting equipment or using services from ARC Prosound, you agree to the following terms:
1. Agreement to Terms
By submitting a booking or rental request, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Payment & Deposit
A security deposit may be required prior to equipment release. This deposit is intended to cover any potential damages, losses, delays, or additional incidentals that may occur during the rental period.
3. Identification & Verification
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all rentals. ARC Prosound also requires a copy of the renter’s credit or debit card on file for security purposes, including coverage for damages, missing equipment, or incidentals.
4. Responsibility for Equipment
The renter assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment from the time of pickup/delivery until return. Any damaged, lost, or unreturned equipment will be charged to the payment method on file.
5. Damages & Incidentals
Any damages, repairs, replacement costs, or additional service charges incurred during the rental period will be billed to the renter. The security deposit may be applied toward these costs.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations or changes within 14 days may be subject to fees depending on timing and reservation commitments.
7. Liability
ARC Prosound is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use of equipment once it has been released to the renter.
8. Agreement Confirmation
By proceeding with your rental, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
