DELIVERY & SET UP
ARC Prosound proudly provides professional delivery, setup, and installation services for all rental packages and additional equipment requested for your event or production.
1. Delivery & Installation Services
All rental packages include delivery, setup, and basic installation unless otherwise stated. Additional equipment and custom setup requirements may be accommodated based on event needs and availability.
2. Scheduling & Access
Customers must provide accurate event details, delivery times, venue access information, and setup requirements prior to the scheduled event date. Delays caused by restricted access, incorrect information, or venue limitations may result in additional charges.
3. Deposit Requirement
A security deposit may be required before equipment is delivered or installed. Deposits are used to help protect against damages, losses, missing equipment, or additional incidentals.
4. Identification & Payment Verification
For security and verification purposes, ARC Prosound requires:

A valid government-issued photo ID

A copy of the renter’s debit or credit card
This information is collected solely to help ensure the safety and protection of our equipment and services.
5. Equipment Responsibility
Once equipment has been delivered and installed, the renter assumes responsibility for maintaining the equipment in safe and proper condition throughout the rental period.
Any damaged, lost, stolen, or improperly handled equipment may result in repair or replacement charges. These charges may be deducted from the security deposit, and additional invoices may be issued if damages exceed the deposit amount.
7. Pickup & Equipment Removal
ARC Prosound will coordinate pickup and equipment removal at the agreed-upon time after the event. Equipment should remain accessible and in its original condition for timely removal.
