ARC Prosound offers pre-designed audio and event production packages tailored to meet a variety of event needs. All packages are professionally prepared to provide reliable sound, smooth setup, and quality event support.

1. Delivery & Pickup Included
All pre-designed packages include delivery and equipment pickup within the standard service area.

 

2. Solo Artist & Live Band Packages
All Solo Artist and Live Band Packages include:

• Professional Sound Engineer

• Delivery Service

• Equipment Setup & Installation

These packages are designed to provide complete live sound support for performances and events.

3. Packages Without a Sound Engineer
If you choose a package without a Sound Engineer, delivery and pickup services will be charged separately.

• Delivery & pickup fee: $150 within a 10–15 mile radius

• Additional mileage beyond the service area will incur extra charges

 

4. Setup & Installation Fees
For packages or rentals that require setup and installation without a Sound Engineer included, a setup and installation fee equal to 25% of the final quote will apply.

5. Additional Equipment
Additional rental equipment may be added to any package based on availability and event requirements.

6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access, power availability, and setup timing prior to the event date.

7. Deposit & Verification
A deposit, valid government-issued photo ID, and a copy of a debit or credit card may be required prior to equipment release to ensure the protection and security of all rental equipment.
